Engineered Shells: The entire building, including walls, roof panels/trusses, floor trusses, and basement panels (if applicable), is engineered to meet specific local zip code requirements for snow and wind loads, ensuring peace of mind and structural integrity.
High Performance: SIP homes are up to 15 times more airtight than traditional construction, resulting in reduced drafts, moisture, noise, and lower energy bills.
Foundation Expertise: BENT also recommends and installs Mono Slab EZ-Form monolithic thickened edge slabs, treated 75-year-warrantied SIP panel foundations, or ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) systems for the home's base, creating a complete, high-efficiency envelope from the ground up.
